Mr. Cohen is a seasoned entrepreneur and an experienced business development advisor with a proven track record of building brands. With numerous successful global ventures, Mr. Cohen mentors and counsels senior management teams on creating strategic business development plan for targeted markets. Mr. Cohen served in the Israel Defense Forces as a paratrooper and earned a bachelor of business degree with honors in international business from the Armstrong college of business in Berkeley, California

Mr. Gilboa has over 20 years’ experience in finance and public accounting, having served as a senior finance executive in the technology and biotech industries with responsibilities in corporate finance, accounting, strategic planning and operational and financial management. From 2010 through 2012, Mr. Gilboa served as the Revenue Accounting and Finance Manager of Mylan Specialty, a subsidiary of Mylan Inc. (NASDAQ: MYL), a global pharmaceutical company. From 2007 to 2009, he was the Executive Director of Finance and US Controller of Taro Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TAROF). Between 1998 and 2007 Mr. Gilboa held various financial positions with IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT). He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Recanati Business School at Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Ezra has over 20 years’ experience as a Clinical Pharmacist with broad knowledge of the bio-med industry. Since 2003 he has been the CEO of Annette Ezra Ltd, a pharmaceutical consulting firm specializing in medical cannabis research. From 2016 to 2018 he was CEO and Chief Pharmacist at Lipicare Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of publicly traded Bio-Light (TASE:BOLT) where he was responsible for R&D of nanotechnology ophthalmology products. From 2007 to 2014 he was CEO and Chief Pharmacist at Mor Biofix, a developer of dermato-technologies. Since 2000 he has been a member of the board of The Pharmaceutical Association of Israel serving as Head of Strategic Planning, and was a director of Sharam Pharm, a pharmacy chain with over 100 locations in Israel. He holds a Masters of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy from Brighton University in England.
